Claire Cameron

Claire Cameron

Originally from Zimbabwe, Claire trained with the Royal Ballet in London and took her first yoga class in 2005 after immigrating to Canada. Her yoga journey continued with Bikram Teacher Training in Spring 2007, owning her own studio in Ottawa from 2011 to 2015 as well as completing a Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2014. She is so happy to share her passion for yoga and its health benefits with the students of Hot Yoga Lethbridge

From Toronto. She has been practicing since 2007 and moved to Lethbridge in 2009 to complete her Bachelor of Education in 2011 as a PE major.

Born in Finland, but Yvonne has since lived in Sweden, Luxemburg, Australia, England, Nicaragua and now Canada. She taught at several locations in Calgary before moving to Lethbridge in 2016. Come and join her on the mat to explore the magical world of yoga and mindfulness!

She started practicing yoga after high school and hasn't stopped since. It wasn't until she became a mom to 2 little chubs that she discovered the exciting world of children's yoga. She enjoys sharing the practice of yoga with all ages and she strives to create a fun, safe, supportive, & welcoming environment for everyone in her class. She's excited to continue growing not only as a student but as a teacher as well.

She began her yoga journey at the age of 16 and it only took a few years until she developed a "serious" relationship with her yoga practice.  Eager to share her passion with others, she recently graduated from her 200 hour yoga teacher training.  Olivia has a background in Kinesiology and has studied Vipasaana Meditation.

Shonna Lamb

Her yoga mat is a place that reminds her of the Choose Your Own Adventure books from when she was a kid.  Sometimes it reveals much, sometimes it offers straight up play and joy, sometimes it humbles her.  She has been blessed with teachers who illuminated how to strive living open to grace and gratitude, filled with awe and wonder, on and off the mat.

Born and raised in Southern Alberta she discovered her yoga passion here at Lethbridge Hot Yoga.  She is currently apprenticing to be a 26 & 2 teacher and will be taking her Vinyasa Teacher Training in November in Rishikesh India.  She is looking forward to becoming part of the hot yoga team, and continuing to grow and share her practice here.

Born and raised in Calgary, she moved to Lethbridge 4 years ago to attend the University of Lethbridge. She is currently studying to come a Registered Nurse and will graduate this Spring. While looking for ways to stay active, Ashleigh came across Hot Yoga Lethbridge in 2015, where she found her passion and love for yoga and has a continuous practice ever since.

Derrik Motz

Derrik Motz

Derrik was born and raised in the West Kootenays in BC. He moved to Lethbridge in 2013 to work as a Registered Pharmacy Technician and has since returned to school to study his B.Sc. in Kinesiology at the University of Lethbridge. He has been interested in yoga for many years and first started practicing at our studio in 2016. Hot yoga has become a newly found passion for Derrik and he is planning on taking his teacher training in the near future to further his yoga practice!

Ashia Moore

Ashia Moore

Born and raised in Saskatchewan she moved to Lethbridge in 2006 with her family.  She is currently studying biology at the University of Lethbridge and plans to graduate in 2020.  She found her passion for yoga here at Hot Yoga Lethbridge in 2014 and strives to continue her knowledge in the yoga world.  She is a professional baker all of the time so if you need anything let her know!
